9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.Global Account Management. Presented by Tony Gosden, VP Intel and his executive staff.

1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.Re-engineering Accounts Receivable Management, Credit & Collections for Maximum Performance and Efficiency Presented By David Kaminski.

Recognizing the need to overhaul and reengineer Microsoft’s Accounts Receivable function the Treasurer of Microsoft spent most of the year in 1996 trying to lure a top executive away from Compaq. His efforts were finally successful when David Kaminski left Compaq accepting the position at Microsoft.

From the outset Kaminski was charged with re-engineering Microsoft’s highly fragmented Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection function into a comprehensive global operation for maximum performance and efficiency. Today, Microsoft’s Global Accounts Receivable Credit and Collection operation accomplishes all the objective’s sought by the Treasurer in 1996 standing as a cutting edge model for other companies to follow. Mr. Kaminski will take you though the Microsoft operation step by step.

Seeking new challenges Mr. Kaminski resigned from his position as Worldwide General Manager of Financial Services at Microsoft. Highly sought after he has already had a number of offers, which he is considering in bringing his experience and proven record to other companies in need of re-engineering/transformation and business process improvements.

3:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m.Training, career progression and succession plans within credit organizations. Attendees should be prepared to discuss these topics as handled within their own credit organization. Ron Bianco VP of United Rental will make a brief presentation and moderate the roundtable discussion to follow.

5:00 p.m.Meet in Front lobby of hotel for transportation to J. Kirkwood Winery to bottle your own wine and Barbeque. Hosted by Mark & Lisa Vengroff. Shuttle will leave from the hotel sales center at 5:00p.m. Guests will be able to bottle their own wine. A supply of wine will be shipped to your home. After the bottling of the wine we will have a barbeque at the winery.

1:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. Customized Scoring and Mathematical Modeling tool which is not only cost effective but user friendly to the extent that staff at your location can create and institute programs on an as needed basis. John Moscicki, CEO Intelligent Results. John, an expert in this field holds a Bachelor degree and Masters Degree in Statistics from Florida State University, and a PHD from Columbia University in information technology and computing.

2:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.Discussion of issues, submitted for concern and consideration as future agenda items.
